1. Warranty Period
1.1. Our cold plunge products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty period is outlined in the product documentation and varies by product.
1.2. The warranty does not cover inflatables and only allows for one replacement of the product/order.
1.3. Small holes and minor defects do not warrant a replacement if they are reported after 10 days of receiving the item.
2. Eligibility for Warranty Claim
2.1. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, punctures, tears, or damage resulting from improper installation, storage, or maintenance.
2.2. In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, VZPRO Recovery reserves the right to determine whether the product should be repaired, a part of the product should be replaced, or the entire product should be replaced, at its discretion.
2.3. Warranty service is available; however, the product must be shipped to our service facility. Customers are responsible for all transportation and packaging costs associated with warranty claims. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend keeping the chiller box for one year to ensure optimal protection if a return becomes necessary. Accessories and supplies are not eligible for returns, and modifications to any products will void the return eligibility and all warranties. Our team is here to assist you with guidance on the process to ensure a smooth experience.
2.4. The condition of the product will be evaluated to determine if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the product has been damaged due to improper use, abuse, inadequate maintenance, accident, unauthorized modifications, or normal or excessive wear, the warranty will not apply.
3. Warranty Claim Process
3.1. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a detailed description.
3.2. Our customer support team will assess the claim and guide you through the warranty claim process.
3.3. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect and falls within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.
4. Exclusions from Warranty
4.1. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or any unauthorized modifications to the product.
4.2. Normal wear and tear, such as minor surface imperfections or cosmetic damage, are not covered by the warranty.
4.3. The VZPRO Recovery Plunge’s Chiller is IPX4 rated. The IPX4 rating reflects resistance to water splashes only . For example, sweat, light rain and humid conditions are acceptable for this IP rating. Water under pressure, however, might damage the VZPRO Recovery Chiller. Our warranty does not cover damage to the VZPRO Recovery Chiller from external temperatures below 1 degree celsius and/or exposed water under pressure. If external temperatures are on the horizon and your VZPRO Recovery Chiller is outdoors or inside of a sheltered area without consistent heat, ensure that The VZPRO Recovery chiller is disconnected and brought indoors to prevent damage from external, cold environments.
5. Customer Responsibility
5.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to properly install, use, and maintain the cold plunge product according to the provided instructions.
5.2. Any attempt to repair or modify the product by the customer or a third party not authorized by VZPRO Recovery will void the warranty.
5.3. By using this product, you agree to be bound by this Product Notice. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the product. Your use acknowledges acceptance of all provisions of this document.
5.4. You are responsible for maintaining clean and safe water in the product. Regularly clean the filter, and consider using recommended sanitizers. Improper water maintenance affects product performance and voids the warranty.
5.5. This product is not intended for children or individuals with certain health conditions. Use caution when entering or exiting. Avoid alcohol or drugs before use. Users with health concerns should consult a physician.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. VZPRO Recovery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
6.2. Your use of the product is at your own risk. VZPRO Recovery makes no representations or warranties (other than the Limited Warranty described herein). Under no circumstances will VZPRO Recovery be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages related to product use. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold VZPRO Recovery harmless from claims, judgments, damages, and expenses arising from any breach by you of these terms.
